Adding EXAIR's Flexible Stay Set Hose allows users to easily extend blowoff into hard-to-reach areas that would otherwise require an awkward position. EXAIR's Soft Grip Safety Air Gun is ideal for hours of continuous use without fatigue. The ergonomic design keeps the hand in a comfortable position and incorporates a large trigger that permits operation with one or more fingers. The durable cast aluminum body is suited for rugged industrial use and includes a convenient hanger hook for easy storage. These guns with EXAIR engineered nozzles minimize compressed air use, maintain OSHA pressure standard 1910.242(b) and reduce noise exposure by remaining under OSHA standard 29 CFR 1910.95(a) decibel limits.

Durable cast aluminum with soft plastic grip.

Nozzle Options

Type 316 stainless steel nozzles provide excellent corrosion resistance. Maximum temperature: 1000°F (538°C).

Zinc aluminum alloy nozzles are good for general purpose applications. Maximum temperature: 250°F (121°C).

PEEK thermoplastic nozzles offer protection fromproduct scratches. Offers excellent chemical resistance. Maximum temperature: 320°F (160°C).

Coiled Hose with Swivel - Heavy duty compressed air hose that's coiled to conveniently store it when not in use. Available in 12' (3.7m) lengths.

Chip Shields - durable polycarbonate shields that protect operators from flying debris often associated with blowing chips off machined parts. They are also great for controlling splashback from drying operations.
