Model 1310SS-CS Heavy Duty Safety Air Gun with Model 1100SS Air Nozzle & Chip Shield
Choose a Chip Shiled installed on EXAIR's Heavy Duty Safety Air Gun to prevent chip blowback toward the operator. This is a powerful air gun that delivers high force for use in rugged, industrial environments. The 3/8 NPT compressed air inlet increases the compressed air flow available to the Super Air Nozzle, resulting in higher force and flow than other air guns. The durable cast curved trigger makes it comfortable for hours of use without fatigue. These guns with EXAIR engineered nozzles minimize compressed air use, maintain OSHA pressure standard 1910.242(b) and reduce noise exposure by remaining under OSHA standard 29 CFR 1910.95(a) decibel limits.

Heavy Duty Safety Air Gun Body
Durable cast aluminum with ergonomic rubber grip .
Nozzle Options
Type 316 stainless steel nozzles provide excellent corrosion resistance. Maximum temperature: 1000°F (538°C).
Zinc aluminum alloy nozzles are good for general purpose applications. Maximum temperature: 250°F (121°C).
PEEK thermoplastic nozzles offer protection from product scratches. Offers excellent chemical resistance. Maximum temperature: 320°F (160°C).
Aluminum Extension Pipe - extends the reach of your Heavy Duty Safety Air Gun. Extension Pipes are available in 6" (152mm) to 72" (1829mm) lengths.
Coiled Hose with Swivel - Heavy duty compressed air hose that's coiled to conveniently store it when not in use. Available in 12' (3.7m) lengths.
