Materials
VariBlast Precision Safety Air Gun Body
High impact Polyoxymethylene with ergonomic grip.
Nozzle Options
Type 316 stainless steel nozzles provide excellent corrosion resistance. Maximum temperature: 1000°F (538°C).
PEEK thermoplastic nozzles offer protection from product scratches. Offers excellent chemical resistance. Maximum temperature: 320°F (160°C).
Accessories
Type 316 stainless steel Extension Pipe - extends the reach of your VariBlast Precision Safety Air Gun. Besides the standard size, Extension Pipes are available in 12" (305mm) and 20" (508mm) lengths.
Chip Shields - durable polycarbonate shields that protect operators from flying debris often associated with blowing chips off machined parts. They are also great for controlling splashback from drying operations.

Look for this symbol to designate conflict mineral free products throughout our website. EXAIR supports Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act and we are committed to compliance with the conflict minerals rule in order to curb the illicit trade of tin, tantalum, tungsten and gold in the DRC region. Selecting the Right Safety Air Gun
EXAIR offers five different styles of Safety Air Gun to meet your production needs:
VariBlast® Precision Safety Air Gun - is extremely lightweight and the most comfortable to operate during long periods of extended use. It features a variable trigger valve which produces varying force levels depending on trigger valve pressure. You decide how much force is needed for the application by squeezing the trigger a little or all the way for maximum force!
VariBlast® Compact Safety Air Gun - is a uniquely powerful gun which produces variable force and airflow depending on trigger valve pressure. You decide how much force is needed for the application by squeezing the trigger a little or all the way for maximum force! It has a comfortable cast aluminum body suitable for smaller hands.
Soft Grip Safety Air Gun - has a durable cast aluminum body that is suited for rugged industrial use. The ergonomic design has a large trigger for easy operation and a convenient hanger hook for easy storage.
Heavy Duty Safety Air Gun - has a heavy duty cast aluminum body that can deliver more powerful blowing force and performs great in a high-demand environment. The ergonomic composite rubber grip and wide curved trigger can be used for hours without fatigue.
Super Blast Safety Air Gun - provides the strongest blowing force. It's ideal for long distance, wide area blowoff, cooling, and drying applications. It has a foam rubber handle that provides a comfortable firm grip. A spring-loaded ball valve instantly shuts off the air supply if the air gun is dropped.
