Heavy Duty Dry Vac Styles
Three styles are available:
The standard Heavy Duty Dry Vac is good for heavy dry cleanup and transfer. It includes the Heavy Duty Dry Vac vacuum, lever lock drum lid, auto-safety shutoff valve, filter bag, 10' (3m) of polyethylene static resistant vacuum hose at 1-1/2" (38mm) I.D., hose hanger, 1/2 NPT quick connect couplings, 20' (6.1m) compressed air hose with swivel fitting, pressure gauge and aluminum chip wand.
Deluxe Heavy Duty Dry Vac System improves on the Heavy Duty Dry Vac by adding features that make it easier to use for everyday tasks. It includes everything that comes with the Chip Vac and adds a drum dolly, heavy duty aluminum tools (2 piece double bend wand, 12" (305mm), floor tool, 11" (279mm) crevice tool, 24" (610mm) crevice tool, skimmer tool with detachable brush, tool holder), and a 3 1/2" (89mm) diameter dust brush with conductive bristles.
The Premium Heavy Duty Dry Vac System upgrades your Heavy Duty Dry Vac system all the way by adding a 30, 55, or 110 gallon drum to the Deluxe Heavy Duty Dry Vac System.

How EXAIR's Heavy Duty Dry Vac Works |

Compressed air, normally 80-100 PSIG (5.5 - 6.9 BAR), flows through the inlet (1) into an annular plenum chamber (2). It is then injected into the throat through directed nozzles (3). These jets of air create a vacuum at the intake (4) which draws material in, accelerates it through the unit (5), and directs it to the bottom of the drum. The airflow exhausts through the port in the drum lid. Airborne particles are trapped by the filter bag (6). The Heavy Duty Dry Vac unit (5) and vacuum tools are built to withstand rugged use. |

The Reversible Drum Vac is a two-way liquid vacuum that can fill or empty a 55 gallon drum in 90 seconds! It is ideal for spill recovery and filling or emptying coolant sumps. It has no moving parts to wear out. Available in 5, 30, 55 and 110 gallon capacities.
High Lift Reversible Drum Vac is a two-way liquid vacuum that can fill or empty a 55 gallon drum in just 85 seconds from 15 feet! Its powerful pump provides the high lift needed to fill or empty below grade coolant sumps, pits and cisterns. Available in 30, 55 and 110 gallon capacities.
The Heavy Duty Dry Vac turns an ordinary drum into a powerful, industrial duty vacuum cleaner. It vacuums more dry materials in less time than ordinary vacs. It is ideal for vacuuming abrasives like steel shot, garnet, metal chips and sand. Available in 30, 55 and 110 gallon capacities.
Heavy Duty HEPA Vac is a rugged HEPA quality vacuum with high capacity cleaning for dusty environments. It is powerfully designed to move more material with less wear. In addition, the Heavy Duty HEPA Vac has been engineered to filter contaminants to HEPA requirements. Available in 30, 55 and 110 gallon capacities.
The Chip Trapper offers a fast, easy way to clean solids such as chips, swarf and shavings out of used coolants and other liquids. It is ideal for use on machines with sumps, parts washers, tanks and storage containers. Available in 30, 55 and 110 gallon capacities.
High Lift Chip Trapper has additional power to clean liquids from solids at greater distances or deeper depths like below grade sumps and cisterns. It efficiently separates solids like chips, swarf and metal shavings out of used coolants and other liquids. It is also capable of moving high viscosity liquids of up to 1400 centipoise! Available in 30, 55 and 110 gallon capacities.
Vac-u-Gun is a vacuum gun, blowoff gun, and transfer tool all-in-one. It is commonly used to vacuum sawdust and shavings and to transfer small parts and pellets. It is also used to blow away water, chips and coolant. Available in three systems.
Deep Hole Vac-u-Gun is a vacuum gun that was engineered to blow chips loose and vacuum them away in one easy step. It is ideal for cleaning cavities, grooves, containers and drilled holes. It has no moving parts to wear out.
