Super Air Amplifier Dries Chocolate Making Equipment After Washdown
This customer makes gourmet chocolates. Twice per shift, they must wash down their processes internally and externally. Before they can start up again, all piping has to be dry. They were using open-ended blow off devices to do this but it put a massive drain on their compressed air system and had to be done during break time so as not to affect other operations needing compressed air. By using Model 120024 4" (102mm) Super Air Amplifier, they were able to perform this function quickly and efficiently, using 75% less compressed air than before. This not only provided an energy savings but a labor savings as well. The cleaning crews could be scheduled more efficiently, eliminating idle time.
Using a small amount of compressed air as their power source, Super Air Amplifiers pull in large volumes of surrounding air to produce high volume, high velocity outlet flows to circulate air, move smoke, fumes and light materials. Also effective to cool, clean and dry parts or processes. Learn More
