Super Ion Air Knife Cleans and Cools and Automotive Lens
A large manufacturer of automobile lighting assemblies uses the Model 112018 18" (457mm) Super Ion Air Knife to eliminate a static charge from the freshly molded car lenses. The product serves two purposes; after eliminating the static charge, the airflow both cleans the surface of the molded lens and cools it just prior to placing a clear coat on the molded lens. Implementing the Super Ion Air Knife has allowed for more units through production.
